Hi, friends!

I come bearing good news: I now have confirmation of when the plushies will arrive to me, which means I can also tell you when I will send them out!

Plushies and keychains will be packaged and sent to you all between the dates of May 16th - 23rd. It will likely only be me and my mom fulfilling the orders, so that is why I'm giving a date range instead of a single date (it's a lot for a skeleton crew!).

I will lock addresses on May 10th, so make sure to double check that I'll be sending your item[s] to the proper place before then.

Hi, friends!

I was intending on sending out this update once I got more information from my manufacturer, but I didn't want to keep you all in the dark while I wait. There is good and not-so-good news:

Keychains: Keychains have been finished and have arrived to me! This means that when I receive the plushies, both will be sent out at the same time.

Plushies: There has been a delay with shipping, and I'm uncertain about if the plushies will be effected by President Trump's blanket tariffs that were announced yesterday. I do not have an exact date set for when the plushies will arrive to me quite yet, which is why I hesitated sending out this update. If the tariffs do effect the cost of the shipment of plushies to me (which I likely will not know until they have arrived in the USA), I will need a little extra time to scrape together some funds to cover the cost.

What does this mean? You will still 100% receive your plush! It may just take a little more time than expected. I am shipping them out to you as soon as they arrive to me. My hope is that I will receive them by the end of the month, but I do not know for certain. Because of this, I have not locked addresses yet, meaning that if you are planning on moving soon, you can still change your shipping address, if needed.

Rest assured, I will continue to keep you updated throughout the entire process. Hopefully, the next update will include the estimated shipping date! Hi, everyone! My manufacturer has finished all the plushies, and I should be receiving them by the end of March or beginning of April. Plushies will be sent out as soon as they're received by me unless you ordered a keychain, as well. Keychains have still not been finished, and to make sure I don't have to charge you extra shipping, you will be receiving your keychain and plush at the same time. I will continue to keep you updated throughout the process!

Thanks to all of our wonderful supporters, we have had a wonderfully successful campaign so far (y'all have completely blown my expectations out of the water)!

Now that it's been nearly a month since the campaign ended, I wanted to give you all a couple of updates:

1) Pre-orders are open! If you weren't able to back the campaign, you now have a chance to own your own Jay Bird plush or keychain. You can visit the pre-order store by clicking here.

2) Digital Commissions are open! To help with the 17% of backers who have not completed their surveys, I have opened up digital commissions to supply myself with enough funds for shipping. You can check out prices here, and send me an email at [email protected] if you're interested.

3) Make sure your survey is completed! Surveys would have been sent through email and are essential when it comes to ensuring that you receive your item(s). These surveys go over important shipping and payment information, and if not completed: you will not receive your item and will not be refunded. If you're having issues with your survey, please reach out to BackerKit support.

4) Plushies are currently set to be shipped out in late March or early April.
